Adoption Application
Perfect Paws Pet Rescue carefully screens potential adopters to find the best home possible for each of our pets.

We provide potential adopters with as much information as possible on every pet.  This information comes from multiple sources and is accurate and true to the best of our ability. Information comes from, the shelter,  previous owner, or other rescue which the pet came from.  Also, from our veterinarian and our observations while the pet is in our care.  It is however, impossible for Perfect Paws to know if future behavioral problems will arise.  

To the best of our knowledge, pets do not have any major health or behavioral issues.  It is however, impossible for Perfect Paws to know if future health or behavioral problems will arise.  Perfect Paws makes no warranties, or guarantees regarding the health, physical condition, or the temperament, of any adoptive pet.  If adoptive owners cannot for any reason keep the pet, they must notify and/or return the pet to Perfect Paws.  There will be no refund of any adoption fees paid or reimbursement for any expenses incurred on behalf of the adopted pet. 

Perfect Paws Pet Rescue's Adoption Guidelines:
  • You must be 18 years of age to adopt from Perfect Paws Pet Rescue.
  • We reserve the right to conduct an inspection of the residence where pet will live.
  • We ask you to provide references and reserve the right to contact those references
  • You will also be required to read and sign an adoption contract.
  • You understand that no part of the adoption fees are ever refundable under any circumstances
  • You will be required to pay a $25 fee to have your application submitted and reviewed.  This fee will be deducted from the adoption fee.  Should you not be selected for this adoption, your application will be held on file for 12 months for a future opportunity.
  • You will be expected to pay an Adoption Fee* of $150-$500
