This is Jengko! He is an 11 month old believed to be Labrador/Pit mix. He weighs 75 pounds and could be 80 when full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. He is house and crate trained. He knows some basic commands like come, sit and leave it. He is NOT a counter surfer . He does like to play with chew toys. He also likes to go for car rides. He came to us from a bad situation where he was probably mistreated by a male figure. He is timid and frightened by quick arm and leg movements especially from men. His foster family is very patiently working with him to show him that people can be gentle and kind. He is coming around but it will take some time. He is good with other dogs. He needs to find a home with a patient family that will give him the love, attention and daily exercise that he deserves. Jenko would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with more basic commands, learning house rules, and for expecially for socialization. He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee is $300. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
