This handsome boy is Pete! He is a 6 month old Chihuahua mix that weighs about 9 pounds. He could be around 12 pounds when full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. He is doing really well with house and crate training. He loves people and to be held. Pete came to us from the local shelter. Like all puppies, he has sharp little teeth that find lots of things to nibble on. He would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help him with socialization and the establishment of house rules. He will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee is $200. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
