Meet Jake!! He is a sweet, loving, beautiful, playful puppy!  Jake is a Labradoodle, Lab and Standard Poodle mix.  Jake is 9 months old and weighs about 55 pounds.  What his foster Mom says “Jake is making progress.  He has not used the house or crate as a bathroom for 30 hours now.  He still jumps but responds to no instead of continuing to jump on me.  He is dog playing now with my boys.  Nice to see.  He is playing with toys and bringing them to me.  He really loves to fetch.  He wants to please and has finally decided that praise for going outside and for not jumping is something worth earning.  He loves his walk and is very patient with me getting the collar on him.  Gives nice little kisses.  “ Jake is very friendly and loves attention. He loves to play and run. He is simply a bundle of puppy energy!!  Jake will benefit greatly from obedience training for both the training and the socialization. He is crate trained and working on house training.  Jake gets along great with other dogs, kids and cats. He is learning to walk on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. He will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
