Meet Freckles!! He is a gorgeous 8 week old lab mix puppy. His mom is the sweetest, loving black Lab mix. She came to our rescue from a local shelter VERY pregnant. On July 16th Freckles and his 11 siblings were born. That's right, TWEVLE puppies. What an incredible variety of puppies. There is no possible way to know what dad was. Freckles currently weighs about 9 pounds and is estimated to be about 65 pounds when full grown. Freckles is exceptionally sweet, smart, very eager to please, and well socialized. Being a puppy, Freckles will take a very loving, patient home who understands the trials of puppyhood. Freckles will greatly benefit from obedience training. He needs to learn boundaries, rules and limitations. He is VERY affectionate and loves attention. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. Freckles LOVES everyone, including children. He is working on house and crate training. He will make some family a great furry family member!! The adoption fee is $300.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
