Meet Kandy!! She is a sweet, 1-year-old Keeshond mix. She currently weighs about 20 pounds. Kandy came into our rescue from a local shelter where she was placed in the night drop box. Kandy is exceptionally sweet, smart, and very eager to please. She has had very little structure and needs to learn to be a good family member. Kandy will take a very loving, patient home who understands she is a puppy. Kandy will greatly benefit from obedience training. She needs to learn boundaries, rules and limitations. She is VERY affectionate and loves attention. Kandy is excellent with cats. She gets along great with other dogs. Kandy LOVES everyone, including children. We have had Kandy spayed, heartworm tested, given all of her vaccinations including DHLPP and Bordetella, rabies, and have started her on heartworm/flea and tick prevention. He is completely house and crate trained. She will make some family a great furry family member!! The adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. She will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
