Izzy is believed to be a 3 1/2 month old Austrailian Shepherd mix puppy. She came to us with her 4 litter mates.
She currently weighs about 20 pounds and could be 40 - 45 pounds when she is full grown.
She is spayed, micro-chipped, dewormed and up to date on puppy vaccinations.
She is working house training and crate training.
She is a very active puppy and will need a yard and daily play time to expend her energy.
She is good with other dogs, and people of all ages including children. Keep in mind puppies have very shrap teeth and claws. All puppies playfully bite until they are taught no to do so. Small/Young children could accidently get scratched and or bit by a puppy.
She would benefit greatly from attending an obedience class to help her with basic commands, good household manners and overall socialization.
Puppies are demanding and require time, patience and commitment to become a good dog and family member.
She will make someone a wonderful companion and is looking for a forever home.
The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
