* He is believed to be a 1 year old Husky mix!  He has one blue and one brown eye.
* Maverick weighs about 40 pounds and could be 45 pounds when he is full grown.  
* He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on puppy vaccinations.
* He is house trained and knows several basic commands.
* He gets along with people and children.  He can be jealous of other male dogs so we are recommending a home where he will be the only dog or with a female dog.  He is not good with cats. 
* He will be an active guy and will need a home with a yard and daily play time to expend his energy. He will be a great running, hiking or walking companion.  
* Like all young pups, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help with basic commands, good household behaviors and for overall socialization.  
* He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member.  
* The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
