He is neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations.
He is house trained and is crate trained.
He is good with people and children but is not a fan of other dogs. He wants to be the only pet in his home so he can have all his owner's attention.
He is a very active dog for 5 as he likes to run and play and be outside. He will need a home with a larger yard and will require daily exercise.
He knows a few basic commands. He is a very vocal dog who grumbles at things he isn't sure about and likes to show his affection by mouthing your hand/wrist or arm ever so gently. This may make some people uncomfortable but it is not an act of aggression by any means.

The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
