This is Riley! * He is a 1 year old believed to be a Border Collie and Husky mix. * Adoption fee is $250. * He weighs about 45 pounds and could be 48 pounds when he is completely full grown. * He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. * He is house trained. * He is good with people and plays well with other dogs. * He is well mannered but needs more work on not jumping up. For this reason, we would recommend a home with children 8 and over so that he doesn't knock someone over before he breaks this habit. * He is active but not hyper. He will need a home with a yard and daily play time. * Like all young dogs, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with these basic commands, learning household manners and for over all socialization. * He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
