* He is a very handsome 1 year old believed to be a beagle mix.  
*  He weighs about 25 pounds and is full grown.  
* He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations.  
* He is house trained and is crate trained.  
* Walter  gets along with people but he is frightened of other dogs.  We would like to find him a home where he could be the only dog.
* He is an active guy and will need a home with a yard and daily exercise.
* He came to us when his family decided that he needed a home where he could get more attention and care.  
* He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member.  Like all young dogs, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with additional basic commands, for overall socialization and to assist with teaching him good household behavior.  The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, and vaccination record.
