This is Rocky! He is a 4 year old German Shepherd mixed with something a bit smaller. He came to us from a local shelter. He weighs about 42 pounds and is full grown. He is neutered, heatworm negative, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. He is house trained and is not crated. He gets along with people and children. He is also good with other dogs. He is very quick to learn and would be fun to train. He does like to play and will need daily exercise. He would be a wonderful walking/hiking companion. He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great lifetime companion. As do all young dogs, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, good manners and overall socialization. His adoption fee is $200.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
