This is Odie! He is a 1.5 year old believed to be Chihuahua mix. He weighs about 12.5 pounds and is full grown. He is neutered, micro-chipped, heart worm negative and up to date on vaccinations. He is house trained and is crate trained. He is good with adults, older children and other dogs. Due to his breed and small size, he should go to a home with children over the age of 10. He is super sweet, loves to give kisses and cuddle once he has had time to warm up to you. He is timid at first so he will need a home that will be patient with him and give him time to adjust. He came to us with from a shelter. As do all young dogs, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, learning house rules, and for socialization. He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee is $250. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
