This is Elton! He is a 6 month old beleived to be Wire Hair Terrier mix. He weighs 18 pounds and could be about 25 to 30 pounds when full grown. He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccinations. He is pretty much house trained and is crate trained. Elton is a little timid at first but is a friendly guy that is good with people, children, and other dogs. He is a very active guy and will need daily exercise. He came to us from a local shelter with his 2 litter mates. Like all young dogs, he would benefit from attending an obedience class to help him with basic commands, learning house rules, and for socialization. He is looking for his forever home and will make someone a great new family member. His adoption fee is $350. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
