Meet Max!! He is a Border Collie/Golden Retreiver mix. He came in to the rescue with his 4 brothers and 2 blonde colored sisters. loves dogs and kids. House Trained - in fact Max will ring a bell to let you know that he needs to go out. Walks well with a leash - very good with people. Will bark at strangers but will warm up very fast to the new people. Likes little people. Plays fetch, chews on toys (does not bother the shoes or other items in the house), Crate Trained. He goes to the crate when it is bed time and when we leave the house. Very comfortable with the crate. Loves to be the center of attention and loves to be in the same room as you at all times.
The adoption fee is $250.00. This fee includes the cost of the spay or neuter surgery; current DHLPP, Kennel Cough, and Rabies (if old enough) vaccinations; heartworm test (if old enough), heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention treatment, and de-worming treatment. He will go home with a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, and vaccination record.
