Meet Malikai, Kai for short! He is a purebred American Eskimo puppy who is 4 months old now. Kai weighs 10lbs now and may be about 20-25lbs when full grown. He came to us from the local shelter where he was surrendered by his owner who could no longer keep him. Kai is a very high energy puppy who requires lots of activity to keep him busy and out of trouble. Being a puppy he also requires supervision or he will find something to get into he should not be. He is both house and crate trained. He sleeps in his crate through the night without a peep. Kai is also a strong willed puppy, he wants to do things his way so he will benefit greatly from puppy classes and continued obedience classes. He would do best with a home that has a yard and plenty of exercise. He has very sharp little teeth that find lots of things to nibble on. His adoption fee is $250. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
