Meet Rex!! He is believed to be a Pug/Chihuahua mix. He is absolutely an adorable puppy! He and his 4 sibblings were born in our rescue. Rex and his sibbling are now 6 weeks old, and weigh about 4 pounds. He may be 12-15 pounds when full grown. Ginger is his mother, she has been adopted. He loves to walk, run, and play. Rex will benefit greatly from obedience training as do all dogs. Rex gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids. He is learning to walk on a leash but continued work and training is necessary. Rex will also need continued work on house and crate training. Rex will require daily walks or exercise to expend some of his energy. He will make some family a great little furry member!! The adoption fee is $300.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
