Meet Beauregard or "Beau" for short!!  He is a 3.5 month old deaf boxer puppy. He is so handsome with one light blue eye and one brown. He currently weighs about 30 pounds and could be 65 pounds full grown.  He came to us when his owner could no longer care for him and surrendered him to a local shelter.  Beau is very friendly and loving.   He needs a family who will be committed to him, take him for walks, and play with him.  Beau craves attention and wants very much to be by your side.   He gets along with other dogs and children.    He scratches at the door to potty and is the perfect puppy!!  Is house and crate trained. What Beau’s foster Mom says about him. “Beau is such a good boy. Slept 8 hours last night in crate...had to pet him to wake up this morning.  Can definitely say he is crate trained...no mess. Hasn't pottied in the house since 1st time......goes out ever 2-3 hours and goes then...held it all night.  Loves other dogs and people...walks great on leash.  He doesn't seem to know he is deaf and he definitely doesn't care.  Does great on a tie out...but obviously a fenced yard would be a plus loves to be in your lap or by your feet...loves his people.  Unbelievably sweet and smart...already knows sit and is looking at us for hand signals.”  The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention, as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. He will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
