Meet Matt! He is believed to be a newfie mix, and probably mixed with a smaller breed dog. He has many large dog mannerisms! Matt is about 10 weeks old and came to our rescue from a local shelter. He is about 15 pounds and could be about 60 pounds full grown. Matt loves water and will sit in his water bowl to drink!! Just look at the adorable picture of him in his water bowl!! Matt is very typical of a puppy and he has lots of energy to run and play. He is incredibly smart and learns things very quickly. Matt does require daily exercise to expend some of his energy. Just look at his sweet face! Matt is working on house training and is crate trained. Matt gets along with other dogs, cats and children. He would be best suited to a household that is more active, and the family wanted a pet that is eager to play. He likes to be outdoors. The adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
