Meet Mia! She is an 5-year-old purebred Chihuahua - about 5 pounds. She is a little wary of strangers at first, but once he warms up nicely, she is the most loyal dog. She would sit all day on someone's lap, or curled up under a blanket. Mia is housetrained for the most part. She does have access to potty pads in the house and very rarely ever has an accident off the potty pad. She is very low key and cuddly. If you are looking for a little dog to love, Mia could be your girl! Mia is a great dog that will make someone a wonderful companion. She is hoping to find a forever home with someone that will love and cuddle with her. She desperately needs someone willing to commit to her for the remainder of her life. .Mia will greatly benefit from daily walks, and socialization. Mia will not do well with other pets. She will need to be adopted to a family that will love her and keep her as their only pet. Because of her very small size, Mia will go to home with children 5 and older. The adoption fee is $150.00, The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 16 weeks old), and spay/neuter when neccessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming, heart worm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. Mia will go home with a collar, leash, training DVD, and vaccination record.
